 Arnaud Griffin is the professional in charge of financial family law and inheritance at Brækhus. He has extensive experience in estate planning, inheritance settlements, and financial settlements during separation and divorce and is member of Brækhus' Family Office team. This team advises families and individuals managing substantial assets. Arnaud possesses significant litigation experience and He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. Additionally, He is a court-appointed estate administrator for the Oslo District Court. In this role, Arnaud is responsible for public settlement processes, managing distribution and dispute issues in inheritance settlements. A highly sought-after instructor and lecturer, Arnaud shares his expertise as a speaker at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law. 

 Thomas Andersen heads Seine Legal Advisors' real estate team and is an expert on real estate law, with expertise on ground lease laws. Thomas assists private clients, as well as both large and small businesses with complex real estate law issues related to tenancy agreements and right of use, planning and building law, and construction contracts 

 Jacob Birkeland Meyer Amundsen assists Norwegian and international businesses with advisory services and dispute resolution in cases related to construction law, compensation law and contract law. In addition, Jacob regularly advises companies and individuals on employment law matters. He has acquired considerable experience with litigation before the courts of law at Brækhus and from earlier positions as a defence lawyer.
